Please read these documents carefully. By using Zeretis you agree to the Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect and how we use it.
Last updated: March 26, 2026By accessing or using the Zeretis solver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free accounts, paid subscribers, API users, students, teachers, and parents acting on behalf of minor children.
Zeretis provides a deterministic symbolic mathematics solver accessible via web browser and API. The solver processes mathematical expressions and returns exact, step-by-step solutions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
A Google account is required to use Zeretis — including the free tier. We use it only to track anonymous usage counts to enforce the monthly limit. No query content is stored. A Google account is also required to access paid features and billing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Users under 13 must have parental consent. Parents and guardians who create or authorize accounts for minors take full responsibility for that minor's use of the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Zeretis does not store your payment card details.
You agree not to:
The Zeretis solver engine, website, branding, and all associated software remain the property of Zeretis. You retain ownership of any mathematical expressions you input.
Solver outputs (solutions, steps, results) may be used freely for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You may not resell solver outputs as a standalone product.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While the solver produces mathematically exact results for well-formed inputs, Zeretis makes no warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose.
Do not rely solely on solver output for safety-critical engineering, medical, or legal decisions. Always verify results through appropriate professional channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeretis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zeretis in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Manage Subscription page. Active subscriptions will be cancelled and any remaining access period forfeited upon your request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Zeretis collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to transparency and to collecting only what we need.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google's OAuth service. We do not receive your Google password.
We log the expressions you submit to the solver and the results returned, associated with your account. This allows us to provide chat history, debug issues, and improve accuracy.
We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and is not linked to your identity.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
All payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle stores your billing information, processes charges, and handles tax compliance across jurisdictions. Zeretis never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or full billing address.
Paddle's privacy policy is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Zeretis is designed to be safe for students of all ages when used under appropriate supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can wipe your local chat history at any time from the solver settings. Server-side history can be deleted by contacting us or using the account deletion option in Manage Subscription.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
